The founding shareholders of the Company are:

The co-workers of Hutnictví Zeleza, a.s. also secure the business of the Branch Federation of Iron and Steelwork as a special-interest association of employers and collective members of the Federation of Industry of the Czech Republic and the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic (Assembly of Trade Communities). The members of this Federation are, for the time being, all shareholders of Hutnictví zeleza, a.s. from the Czech Republic, but membership in this federation is open to all who show interest and fulfil the conditions of the statutes.

 

Other members of the Branch Federation of Iron and Steelwork as a representative of the Czech metallurgical plants became (named at the time of entry into the federation):

Organisations with a mission like that of Hutnictví zeleza, a.s. must respond, naturally, to changes of conditions of their members connected with privatisation as well as with changes in the implementation of transformations of the economic environment.

Therefore, an association of tube manufacturers was established within a short time after the constitution of the Company and the regulations of its position were defined so that it independently represents the tube manufacturers, and the services are rendered by the Companyc s staff. This association became an associated member of the European Association of Tube Manufacturers ESTA.
